We have Mutual of Omaha and has worked well for us. We pay $101.43 each. No co payment, no deductable. Can go to any doctor.
We have Advantra for perscriptions and pay $19.83 month each. Pays very well.
We get them filled at Walgreens and get a 3 month supply. Mine cost about $25 dollars for all 6 prescriptions.
