Pullrite with WD 40 is all you need. Follow manufacturers recommendations. I do put a thin coat of grease on the fifth wheel plate during periods of non use just to stave off rust. Talked to Pullrite rep short while ago and he said I didn't really need to do that. I told him I did not like rust. He said, "spray paint it every once in a while". LOL
