Where did you get the information from Keystone, just curious? We are awaiting our first trip of the year to our Montana and our dealer is ready with some things for us to try. The impression I got from the dealer was that there are a few issues that Dometic has discovered and that we are going to go through a step-by-step analysis. The day I was in the shop, the service tech wasn't in to give me the directions. So I figured I'd wait until just before I headed over. If I get that info beforehand, I'll post for everyone. It seems to be a consistent offset for heat and A/C - about ten degrees.
