Thanks for the education guys. Seems I was just not pushing my 15 amp plug in hard enough to engage the 20 amp receptable. Pushed real hard and it went in and works like a charm. Now all I have to do is figure out some way of securing MW in cubby hole. Going to have to wait till I get back to sticks and bricks where I have some wood working tools.
Wingerphil, I am not replacing with convection - we never used it anyway. I went over to Best Buy in Pensacola and bought the cheapest unit I could find that would fit in the cubby hole. We were in a hurry so I am sure someone else can offer better advise on what is the best model. By the way the failure on mine was the door latch broke and since we didn't like it anyway didn't want to invest in repair.
