The water is not coming in through the door gasket, it is coming in through the exhaust tube. I've been working with Dometic and they are familiar with the problem and have sent replacement parts to the dealer. They are replacing the corroded burner and oriface, but so far don't have a remedy to stop the water from entering the exhaust and going into the burner area. If they don't come up with a solution I may make a metal rain cover to go over the exhaust and attach it do the furnace door.
