Larry its not fun but the results are worth the time it takes to recover.The recovery period and therapy took me several months because I didnt listen to the pain and continued working out and everything else one does on a daily basis.My muscle became detatched from the bone and the surgery required a groove cut in the bone and sewed in. My point is Get it Done it will only get worse and my results were fantastic.I was told not to lift anything heavy above my head again and I havent its been 4 years. Hope all goes well.
