Any of them can have the problem. These pumps work at up to 27,000 psi. That makes any pump very fragile. They are made to extremely close tolerances any dirt will destroy them. Be very careful where you get fuel. When the pump goes bad it sends medal shavings through the system and takeing out the injectors and since the fuel lines are one time use they must be replaced too.
