Your insurance co might pay for your HPFP or if you know where you got the bad fuel sometimes they can be forced to pay if you can prove you got
The fuel at that station. Go to the station and get a can full and have it checked. You will need a lawyer but for 10K you can afford it. All the car company's consider dirty fuel or water in the fuel abuse. These new high pressure fuel systems are very fragile.
