Herb-- Sorry to hear about your problem with the wall struts. The reason Keystone more than likely denied your claim is because it wasn't turned into them BEFORE the work was started. If you or the shop you took it to would have contacted them BEFORE any work was started, they more than likely would have approved it but they would have required photos of the problem first. The High Country put out by Montana is a light weight unit and the design is made of lighter materials. I would guess that there was no design defect but a bad weld job by the company that furnished the walls for Keystone. This is the problem with the frame flex when it rears it's ugly head on units. It's not the design but a bad weld job in most cases that is the cause. Sorry you have the problem and hope you get things straightened out.
