I second Charlie's comment about a leak in the internal seal in one of the hydraulic cylinders. It sounds like you've taken care of all the other possible failure points, and the symptoms now point to a hydraulic leak. As he said, close off each line, one by one, to see if the problem goes away. That should identify or eliminate the cylinders as the problem.
