Kemo - they are four factory installed attaching points for either their brand of 5th wheel hitch or an aftermarket like B&W.
The hitch is locked in place in each by the 4 cam devices through those 'pucks'. No clue how that name was attached to the 'pucks' but it seems to be a good descriptor
