With my 2013 GMC 3500 SRW 3.73 I am getting 12.3 mpg towing and over 20 mpg as a daily driver at only 6,000 miles. As mileage is supposed to increase at 30K-50K miles I am thrilled with these mpgs. Whatever happened to everyone needing 4.10 gears to pull our 5vers? The more powerful the diesels and transmission the more extinct that gear ratio is becoming... Can the 3.73 be far behind?
