Yippie I finally got all 2 pairs of them.

Just a FYI for all interested, here is the Keystone part number for the new and inproved Steel ones, there is a right hand and a left hand bracket, and are sold as a pair or a set.
Part number is ( 144665,Bracket Hold Down Drapery )

Along with a picture I hope this will help all in the future for this part.
