Right, but I think the new concept is that a car mfr is actually going to produce a vehicle with this feature already built in for distribution to auto dealerships. Up until now these devices have been installed "after market" by Court order in existing vehicles on a very limited basis. Unless I misunderstood Okie Guy's post...
Just had a thought. I could not understand who would ever buy a car like. HOWEVER... maybe a parent buying a car for their teenage son or daughter??? Better get a HUGE break on a car like that from your insurance company, too.
