We've been having the same experience with our heavy slide in our High Country. We have an awesome dealer we searched for prior to ordering our rig and drove 750 miles rather than use our local dealers who we've had years of past experiences with. They initially thought it would be a simple breaker replacement as we were passing through on a trip. Unfortunately, that didn't work. Since then, the slide motor has been replaced twice with a high-torque motor, neither of which has resolved the problem. My understanding is Keystone's recommendation is to have rollers installed. We're in Florida but plan to take it back to the factory for something we consider a major repair.
