We have that same issue with our 3150RL. The best thing we could do was to cut a round piece of plywood and attached it to the round frame of the recliners. I removed the small plastic slides that cane with the reclines and used those holes to attach the plywood. Then went to Home Depot and picked up some of those furniture slides that are about 6" wide by about 8" long and attached them around the outer edge of the plywood.
By doing this it made the recliners much easier to slide in and out of position.
