How about using a Port-a-poti with the detachable bottom black tank. You have to empty it every couple of days. It can be emptied into a regular toilet and flushed. It can be emptied into a blue tank. It can be emptied at a dump station. I used one for 15 years with my 5er that I never moved and was parked. It was very easy to use, operate and clean.
