Thank you all for your help. The shade is a Slow Rise shade by Irvine. It is a motorized shade so I don't think it has the manual adjustments on it. I was able to find the installation instructions on the Irvine website, so I think my husband will be able to use those to make the necessary adjustments. We will give it a try when we get to use it for the first time next month!!
