Just a thought: We used to get a flu shot every year loyally. We never thought a thing about not getting it. However, we did notice that each year we got the flu! My niece is a medical doctor who does not recommend the flu shots because of some of the ramifications that can arise from the ingredients in the serum. Instead, she recommends proper eating with additional food supplements and vitamins to keep your immune system up. Accordingly, for the last three years we have not gotten a flu shot and we have not gotten the flu! Made a believer out of me.
