We don't have slide covers, nor do we want them. We have seen these covers ripped right off the units in Texas in the winter. Some very unhappy Winter Texans. We find cleaning the slides very easy and have no major problems. We have fulltimed in a King of the Road, with one slide, from 1997 until we bought our Montana. with 3 slides, in the fall of 2003. I also agree that if Gary Ketelsen, a great dealer in Iowa, doesn't recommend them, then I would not get them either!!!!! The old saying, to each his own, applies here!!
