BandBmalin, something that helped us (if you haven't already done this) is, we put a piano hinge between the doors for the washer/dryer and took off the factory hinges on the right side doors (upper and lower). This way they swing away from us to access the washer/dryer compartments. I enjoyed reading your post and will probably steal some ideas. Enjoy!!
