I know a few folks that have actually done the 3rd A/C. DQ Dick for sure (he was next door to us until recently). Putting a third one on the roof is a lot "cleaner" looking install. I know it can be done just needing to hash out the details. IE: do my research first. Roof A/Cs are not the cheapest things and I want to make sure we get the right one for this application......
