We get an air test once a year. They increase the air pressure inside the unit and then spray soapy water all over it. If there are any bubbles, then that indicates the caulking needs a touch up. We also get the bearings re-packed. We take in to a local shop for this. We will have them check our slide cables next year since we just traded for the Monty in April.
