The biggest problem with carrying extra water is the weight. A gallon of water weighs over 7 lbs.
Here is what I am planning to use for boondocking. I haven't bought it yet, but plan to. I looked for it at CW in Fife, but they did not have it in stock, so guess you can only order it online.
