As Bingo says, it's not a difficult fix. Unscrew the four screws in the base from the floor. I would suggest replacing the nuts on both ends of the long rod running through the pedestal with a lock nut and/or lock washer. Snug down the new nuts. When you replace the base in the carpet indentations on the floor, the screws you removed should go back in the same holes. After you do this, your table will be stiff to turn, but you shouldn't have a problem with the wobble again.
