I used 3/4" molly bolts as the anchors for numerous thing such as the toilet paper holder and a heavy clock, so they should work for your application However, there is a squeeze tool to anchor the molly bolts that means you don't have to try to hold it while trying to keep it from spinning. It's called a Glarks Heavy Duty Gun Wall Anchor Metal Setting Tool. You back out the bolt a little to fit in the gun. Push the bolt in the hole. Squeeze the trigger. It expands the molly bolt until it is against the wall.
