Ditto removing the king and cutting down the plywood base for a queen. Ours is a similar footprint to the 3120/21. We don't have a king at home either and prefer the extra space around the bed.
Not really sure what the actual space is around the bed and the 5er is wrapped up for the winter. However, you can look at the space that's there now and add about 6" per side of extra space |
Dumped the king, too. I got rid of one BP because lack of space on my side.
