Disappointed in warranty decision

So, we took the Monty in for some warranty work. The backsplash was falling off the wall.
Dealer, CW, agreed that this was an issue. We mentioned that the T.V. does not go high enough when raised, for the remote to work. Dealer agreed, and told me how I could fix that.
Finally, we showed where the fridge hits the pantry door, causing the "frosting" on the pantry door to rub off in one spot. Dealer agreed that there was a sharp edge on the fridge door causing the problem.

Sent pictures and detailed explanation to Keystone for warranty approval. Just got told by the dealer, the sharp edge on the fridge that scratched the pantry door is not covered. Even though I did not build or install the fridge or the pantry door, it is apparently my fault.

This is my second Montana. The first was a 2004, that was built better, just not as fancy. Either way, over 60 grand, poor workmanship, and LOUSY customer service really pisses me off.
