Your experience with Amazon sounds familiar. I have returned items with no difficulties. The prices are outstanding and most of the time the shipping is free. Some things I have ordered, I have no idea how they can afford to sell them that cheap and then deliver for free. I have had items freighted before at no charge!! Unbelievable.
