We are having the same problem with our new 2013 3402RL. Dealer contacted Lippert and the solution is to add an anti stiction fluid to the hydraulic fluid. Take out a quart then add a quart of: Torco RFF grade 15, Maxima fork oil grade 15 or Caterpillar hydraulic oil additive. Retract landing gear, add 1/2 quart..extend landing gear..add the rest. Check w/Lippert before doing this, I am writing this from memory.
