The only original furniture in ours is one of the dining chairs that we use at the desk. We have residential dining chairs, lazyboy, and sofabed. As others said, getting them through the door is the key. Some models might be more difficult than others to do that. We had to remove the wood legs (they screw into place) on the sofabed and lift it over the kitchen counter but otherwise no problem. It's a six foot sofabed, 35" deep, 31" tall at the back.

As I recall, Sue's and Ed's OEM furniture was comfortable. Ours wasn't.
