Acurite and got it from Lowe's for $79 but now I see them at Tractor Supply for $49... earlier model but still the same unit, but monitor isnt colorized. I got it mainly for wind monitoring, especially in desert where it never stops.. I made up a sidearm attachment to mount on either my flag pole or a painters pole I carry for putting my Ham Radio antennas on. Cut a 3/4" T-Connector in half, then I use hose clamps to hold it to the pole. Temp attached to ladder for photo. You could also attach it to the top of the ladder, but readings wont be as accurate.
