Safeco is a NO-GO.

I have been with them 20+ years. Had some wind/tornado damage on my 5'er a few months ago. They had me send pics of the damage & would not send an adjuster. Grossly underestimated the damage and parts cost, said "just take it into the shop & we will work with them if it is too low".

The shops I have contacted have "politely" refused to work on it after finding out it is Safeco.

I told my rep to find a shop to take it, she stated they don't have any repair partners (or similar language) in this market.

I am completely out of options short of hiring an attorney.
