My understanding, also, is that those currently paying $115 will get a premium decrease to $99.90. Being brand new to Medicare (starts in February and I already received the card and literature) I did some research and found that information about the decrease. I think I found it on the medicare website, if I recall. So it's a small increase for some and a decrease for others.
