I would add a 2000 watt inverter and 4 golf cart batteries. Lithium batteries are also a great option at higher cost. You might get by with 2 batteries if you never plan to need your furnace. The furnace blower motor is a real power hog.

You will also want a low power coffee maker (800-1000 watts) or make your coffee on the stove.
