I agree very tedious, and time consuming. I took pictures of mine when they started going bad, and ended up with a complete new set from Keystone. The front was really the only bad ones at the time, but still ended up with the entire set.

I replace just the ones that start to peel. so far a couple on both sides. and the entire front.
