David, I have the Pressure Pro system with 10 sensors, 6 for truck and 4 for Monty. Have not placed them on the spares as they are "not on the ground". Some folks say they can tell if they have a flat on their trucks, while this may be true for front tires, I had a flat tire on an inside dually and did not know it until I pulled into a service station for fuel and kicked the tires. Go figure. Hence, TPMS on all tires on the ground....
