I guess this is a vent...maybe some of you can come up with a solution.

We took delivery of our Big Sky late last month. The walk through was way too quick for people new to RV-ing beyond a Pop-up. The next day upon inspection I saw we were missing our sink covers. I called the dealer and our salesman and alerted him to this. He said he would call Keystone and call me back.

I have given him all this time since Oct. 22 to get back to me, and he hadn't. Today I call and he informs me that the delivery staff says they were there. I said but they are not. He said I don't know what to tell you? I said I have no reason to fib to you about them not being there. He comes back with he thinks he saw them there that day. I said well maybe someone removed them. He says we would have no reason to do that. Finally he says he will call Keystone and get back with me. Well since he said basically the exact same thing three weeks ago, I'm skeptical to say the least.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? I so dislike my dealer/salesman.

Well again it's off to work for me.
