Call dometic customer service and tell them what’s going on with the CT thermostat. They will send out a replacement/upgraded faceplate. Has to do with the type of foam that was used under the faceplate touch zones/buttons. I have three CT tstat and they we’re all doing similar things. Dometic replaced all 3 under their warranty no problem.
