I haven't taken the time to find out about the resins used in its construction, but I do know that it is totally surface sealed which osb isn't...or wasn't when I worked for a general contractor to gain some home building knowledge. And the give you feel underfoot is what is under that engineered flooring...and...could be caused by the engineered flooring not being bonded to the aluminum flooring grid. In the bedroom, the flooring is nailed down as I have several of these nails that missed the structure and can be seem poking out beside the structure in the pass through area. Didn't see how they secured things in the back part of the monty during the factory tour. Oh, yeah, some units were built using plywood and I was told that it was dependent upon supply availability... john
