Pay attention to all the post were the problem is referred to as minor/minimal .How many minor/Minimal problems does it take to be a major one.

If ours was installed like that others" That is from the opening post...How could that possibly happen. How could it have not been seen. We have toured that line and others many, times. That indicates a lack of training, lack of supervision, lack of quality control and a lack of any self pride. It is also a blazing indicator of poor moral. I have been there evaluating organizations....done that.
That goes for any brand any assembly line.
