Not really, the 2012, 2013, and 2013 rally dates have been finalized for some time now. Besides this year, the 2013 dates are September 25 to October 2 and the 2014 dates are September 24 to October 1.
There are tentative dates for the rally for 2014 through 2020 but those have not been finalized.
