Unless your hinges have been sprung, just figure out which way to tweek the door frame itself and push or pull up on that corner.
As posted by Kansas you may need to tweak the door. On one of my SOB's I spent a lot of time trying to stop the door from dragging on the bottom. I tried gently twisting and lifting the door but nothing seemed to work. Sometime later I had to take the trailer back to the dealer for warranty work on some other issue. At that time I mentioned the problem to the tech. He tried the door, seen the problem, and then proceeded with what I thought was a very violent lift on the door. The door worked perfectly.

So what I'm trying to say is that don't be afraid to put your back into it when you are tweaking the door.
