A big shout out to G & L RV Specialities (currently one of the vendors at the rally). Last year I bought from them a keypad RV door lock, a hot water heater anode and a set of Snap Pads. A couple of months ago I lost one of the pads so I went to the vendor area today to buy a replacement. Instead of selling me one, the lady that worked there suggested I contact Snap Pad a request a warranty replacement. She forwarded my original receipt (via email) which I had long ago lost and gave me the number to their claims department. After a brief call to Snap Pad, and a subsequent email forwarded to them with pertinent information, they are replacing the pad. Kudos to Snap Pad but more importantly, kudos to G & L for helping me to get a free replacement; they could just have easily sold me a replacement.
