Rear AC Replacement

Has anyone had eperience with replacing the rear AC on a Montana with the arched roof?

I have a 2014 Montana 3402RL. The rear AC failed after years of inefficiency!. It never has worked very well. The return air ducts are partially collapsed and I did prop them a bit. I have an extended warranty (Good SAM).

Last month Camping World Tucson replaced the rear AC as it leaked out the coolant over time, but it would not work when I got it home. The new AC shroud and unit frame was warped when they torqued down to the roof as it is an arched roof. Seems there must be a different gasket or adaptor for the curved roof! Don't know if they called Keystone for info or not. The ordered the unit from Dometic. I have never seen such shoddy work! Anyway it is back there as they have had to orders another new unit.

I have lost confidence in the ability of the service department. Hope I can get it back soon
