We volunteer at a place that has water hookup, but has old undersized piping. Sometimes the water flow almost stops, when a lot of people are using it. If it is the campground's plumbing, a trick I use is to keep the onboard tank full, and turn on the RV's water pump. It will turn on and off as needed. That will supplement the flow/pressure when the campground's system can't keep up. Of course, it only works if you have water in your onboard tank!
