I would first check with your insurance co. to see what they will pay for. If it is an HMO that could be tricky and they may not be willing to pay unless it's an emergency and then you can go to the nearest emergency room. Definately, check with them on this. As for as prescriptions go, we do mail order through Caremark and they will mail it anywhere in US. We have had them mailed to my son's here in TX and also to General Delivery at a Post office where we are. No problem so far and we have gotten our meds in a weeks time or less.

Also, my doctor wanted me to have lab work done at 3 month intervals because I'm on Cholestoral meds. I went to LabCorp as they are all over the country. They took my Insurance card and I didn't pay a dime. My doctor had results the very next day.
