When we got our 2011 F350 DRW I also looked at getting valve stem extenders. And all the info from those guys that had them said that they leaked and that I shouldn’t use them. So I did the same as 1retired06 did and purchased a six inch dual head air chuck. But after I purchased the dual head air chuck we got a new F450 ambulance at work that came with valve stem extenders on the duals and they work fine, and to date we have not had any issues with leaks.
