I cut two wooen rails, out of 1X2 the length of each mirror track. When we travel, Phyllis wedges them in and we don't worry about the doors moving. The plastic latches don't hold for beans!
Keystone should have installed a positive latch system in the door frames, so that you could latch the two mirror doors together. I'm working on something for this and will post it when I am done. Should be fairly simple.
