***UPDATE TO THE PREVIOUS UPDATE***

I have reserved a room at the Blue Gate Restaurant for 1300/1 pm on 10 September, paid the deposit of $250 and we are currently set up for 55 individuals for lunch based on the responses that I have received. I can STILL ADD individuals and have up until 1 September to make changes. The cost is $18.49 per person and I will need the cash when we meet at 0900 ACROSS FROM THE FAIRGROUNDS OFFICE at the MAIN gate. I might have some change with me, but this girl is not a bank. I do have lots of pennies.
